Blackstone Inc., the world's largest alternative asset manager, partners with Year Up United (YUU) to provide skilled, diverse talent for its portfolio companies. In a story for Business Insider, Blackstone highlights how their Career Pathways program with YUU is helping the firm solve for much-needed data center talent. 

Alhaji Dawson, a YUU graduate who was hired by Blackstone portfolio company QTS in a critical operations role, shares his experience with the program. By partnering with YUU, Blackstone constructively disrupted the hiring process and is on the path to being the largest investor in AI infrastructure in the world.
